Spicy Pineapple Balsamic Chicken with Harissa Olive Oil

Ingredients

4 Chicken breasts (or other protein)

¼ Cup Harissa Olive Oil

¼ Cup Golden Pineapple Balsamic

2 Tbsp. Grainy mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 Tsp. Chopped parsley

½ Cup diced pineapple
Directions
Place chicken or other protein in a resealable bag or dish.
Thoroughly mix together Harissa Olive Oil, Golden Pineapple Balsamic, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes, ideally a couple hours.
On a hot BBQ, grill chicken until done. To serve, garnish with diced pineapple and parsley.
