Nothing offensive about this flavour… but it’s guilty of requiring a repeat order… delicious!

I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy it much.
Since you're finding it too tart, I recommend turning it into a reduction and then drizzling over cheese, or using it for a glaze on ham, pork, or chicken.
To make a reduction, pour about a half cup in a pot and simmer for 5 mins. This will evaporate the vinegar, leaving it with a sweeter taste (possibly bringing out more of the pineapple flavour!). Once it cools it will become more like a syrup, so careful not to simmer too long or it could be hard to work with.
