Made a glaze for an aged grain fed veal rib chop, pan seared with shallots and butter and finished in the oven.
Huge fan of this oil for using in pasta and bit of parmesan cheese. Simple and yet so much flavor. Also great as a baste on French bread. Love this store, wish there was one here
