Apply for a fundraiser account by filling out the form below. We will reply to you if your request is approved.

Once approved, we will send you an order form that can be printed and distributed to record how many of each applicable product you want to order.

Collect your totals and send them to us to complete your fundraising order for pickup!

We have selected Evoolution's top-selling olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and gift sets to ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Yes. The order must exceed $500 at regular retail value.

Products must be sold at the prices indicated on the order form. You will retain 25% of that cost as your fundraising profit margin.
