Try it as a dry rub on barbequed steaks and oven-roasted prime rib. Or make a quick marinade by mixing 2 tablespoons of St-Laurent Steak Spice with ¼ cup of red wine, ½ cup of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Marinate your meat for half an hour in the fridge before grilling.
