Brown the meat in a deep frying pan, and then add the seasoning and 1 cup of water. Simmer until the meat is cooked and the sauce is your desired thickness (usually about 10 minutes). It has a well-balanced flavour but is not at all hot, so feel free to add some cayenne pepper or red chile flakes if you want more heat.
