Less salt and more flavourful than many other versions. This classic Canadian blend is excellent for bringing out the flavour of beef, but can also be used for other meats and on potatoes (it's a favourite on baked potatoes). Try it as a dry rub on barbequed steaks and oven-roasted prime rib. Or make a quick marinade by mixing 2 tablespoons of St-Laurent Steak Spice with ¼ cup of red wine, ½ cup of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Marinate your meat for half an hour in the fridge before grilling.
