Ingredients

1 12oz Bag frozen or fresh cranberries

¾ Cup white sugar

½ Cup water

3 Tbsp. Blood Orange Olive Oil

Cinnamon stick, if desired
Directions
In a medium saucepan, heat the cranberries, sugar, water, and cinnamon stick, if using. Bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer.
Cook for 10-12 minutes uncovered, to allow the mixture to thicken. After cooking, remove the cinnamon stick and stir in the Blood Orange Olive Oil.
Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until being eaten.
