1 Log goat cheese, warmed to room temperature

2 Tbsp. Blood Orange Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon Pear Balsamic

Salt and pepper, to taste

¼ Cup toasted pistachios, chopped

¼ Cup dried cranberries

Crackers for dipping
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, lightly whip the softened goat cheese with a fork. Add in the Blood Orange Olive Oil and Cinnamon Pear Balsamic. Stir until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the dip to a shallow bowl or plate for serving and spread out. If you are not serving it right away, keep the dish in the fridge until serving. Top with pistachios and cranberries when ready to serve.
