Ingredients

1 Cup whole Greek yogurt

2 Garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 eggs
-
2 Tbsp. Harissa Olive Oil

Fresh dill, to garnish

Grilled flatbread or sourdough

White vinegar, for poaching eggs
Directions
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Divide the yogurt mixture among two shallow bowls.
Top each bowl with two poached eggs. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. of Harissa Olive Oil over each bowl.
Garnish with fresh dill. Serve with grilled flatbread or sourdough.
