Truffle Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Oil

Ingredients

1 Package shoestring (or your favourite) fries

2-3 Tbsp. White Truffle Oil

¼ Cup Parmesan, freshly grated

¼ Cup parlsey, chopped

Maldon Flaked Sea Salt, to taste

Freshly cracked Pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook fries according to the package directions. Add to a large bowl.
Drizzle White Truffle Olive Oil and half the parmesan over the fries and toss generously.
Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and parsley. Finish with flaked sea salt and pepper.

Recipe Note
If you do not have White Truffle Olive Oil, try substituting Black Truffle Olive Oil or Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil. While Black truffles are not as pleasantly aromatic, they still have plenty of delicious umami flavour.
So good. I use the same recipe for roasted baby potatoes.
There is no other way to eat fries! Best recipe ever.
