Ingredients

1 Peach, thinly sliced

2-3 Tbsp. Spicy Pizza Oil for base, plus more for drizzling

½ Cup shredded mozzarella

½ Cup arugula
-
4-5 Slices of prosciutto

1 Burrata ball
Directions
On a floured surface, work the pizza dough into a large circle. Drizzle with 2-3 Tbsp. of Spicy Pizza Oil and top with mozzarella. Arrange peach slices in a layer on top.
Bake in a preheated pizza oven (or regular oven) until golden brown and bubbling at the edge. Remove from the oven and cool for a couple minutes.
Sprinkle arugula over top and arrange prosciutto. Add the burrata to the centre and cut open to distribute. Drizzle with additional Spicy Pizza Oil.
Anything with burrata and stone fruit has my attention! Burrata isn’t easy to find where I am, but the Costco occasionally has packs, so I stock up when they do. This pizza will be the first thing I try when I get more!
