Jalapeño Balsamic Quick Pickled Cucumbers
As their name suggests, these pickles are nice and quick to make. Our zippy Jalapeño Balsamic lends the perfect amount of heat and bright acidity. Add these quick pickles to a burger or bowl or to level up a cheese and charcuterie spread.

Ingredients

½ Mini cucumber

1 Tbsp. Jalapeño Balsamic

2 Tbsp. Water
-
½ Tsp. Sugar
-
Pinch of salt
Directions
Slice the cucumber and place in a ½ cup jar. Place all the other ingredients in a heatproof glass and stir to combine.
Microwave the brine until bubbling. Pour over the cucumbers and push them down to ensure they are covered. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature before lidding and storing in the fridge.

Hi @Gina, thanks for your question! Our Jalapeño Balsamic is not too spicy at all; we would describe it more as zippy or punchy, with just a touch of heat. You could always add some chilis if you wanted to up the heat in the brine, or just keep it as-is for a very mild pickle. Enjoy!
