A classic hummus recipe is always nice to have on hand. This one incorporates our Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil to lend an extra dash of garlicky-lemon flavour, but you could swap in any olive oil you have on hand to mix up the flavours!

Ingredients
-
1 Can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
-
1 Whole lemon juiced (about ¼ cup)
-
¼ cup tahini
-
2 Tsp. Salt
-
1 Tsp. Cumin
-
¼ Cup Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
-
3 Cloves garlic
-
Parsley, dash of paprika, and extra olive oil, to garnish
-
Serve with pita wedges and/or crudite
Directions
Blend everything except the garnishes using an immersion blender or food processor. Scrape down the sides as you go to ensure an even blend. If the mixture is looking too thick, you can add extra olive oil or a bit of water to thin it.
One smooth, pour into a bowl and garnish with smoked paprika, chopped parsley, and extra olive oil.
