Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil Crackers
Olive oil crackers are a great way to add flavour to cheese and charcuterie boards, soups, and dips. This recipe is rather simple as the dough doesn't require much sitting time, and you can mix up the flavour of olive oil to suit your taste buds!

Ingredients
-
240g Flour
-
1 Tsp. Baking powder
-
¾ Tsp. Salt
-
½ Cup water
-
¼ Cup Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
-
Maldon Flaked Sea Salt
Directions
Combine the dry ingredients, then pour in the water and olive oil and mix in stand mixer until smooth. Finish kneading by hand until tacky, and bouncy, then wrap in plastic wrap for 30 minutes minimum.
Roll out to about the size of 2 baking sheets, or desired thickness (thicker will affect baking time.)
Brush with additional olive oil, sprinkle with Maldon Flaked Sea Salt. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 400F, until edges are starting to brown and tops are golden. Allow to cool before removing from tray.
