We love quick pickles here; they're full of flavour, can be made with just about any fruit or veg, and as the name suggests, they are nice and quick to make! We're using our new Hot Honey Vinegar to bring a bold dose of sweet and spicy flavour to the brine used to pickle green beans. They are delicious for garnishing a Caesar, adding to a cheeseboard, or just for snacking!

¼ Lb. Green beans, trimmed
1 Tbsp. Hot Honey Vinegar
3 Tbsp. White vinegar
1 Tbsp. Water
Pinch of salt
Garlic cloves or dill, if desired
Pack green beans vertically into a small jar. If using, add garlic or dill as well.
In a heatproof container, add remaining ingredients. Heat in the microwave on 10 second intervals until near boiling.
Carefully pour the brine over the beans. Allow to cool to room temperature before storing in the fridge.
