Spicy Prawn Stir Fry Noodles with Gochujang Olive Oil
The rich umami notes of our Gochujang Olive Oil shine in a simple stir fry. Mix it up with rice or rice noodles for a gluten free option. Prawns are a great protein choice, but chicken or tofu are delicious as well!

Ingredients

1 ½ Cups cooked vermicelli noodles

1 Cup fresh or frozen vegetables (peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn etc.)

8-10 Large prawns
-
2 Tbsp. Gochujang Olive Oil
Directions
In a pan over low-medium heat, warm the Gochujang Olive Oil. Add vegetables and sautée until soft.
Add prawns and cook until they are completely pink. Stir noodles in and ensure everything is well mixed.
Serve with fresh coriander and peanuts, if desired.
