Ingredients

4 Bagels, sliced and toasted

1 Package (200g) smoked salmon

1 Package cream cheese, softened

1 Tbsp. Tarragon Balsamic

¼ Cup slivered red onion

2 Tbsp. Capers
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
Directions
Place softened cream cheese in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer or spoon to make it fluffy. Stir in the Tarragon Balsamic until thoroughly mixed.
Evenly divide the cream cheese across 4 toasted bagel halves and spread to cover.
Layer smoked salmon, red onion, and capers on the bagels.
Top with freshly ground black pepper. Place the tops of the bagels on for a sandwich or leave open face and just use 2 bagels total.
