1 Cup cooked shrimp, diced

2 Tbsp. Jalapeño Balsamic

¼ Cup lime juice

1 Tbsp. Persian Lime Olive Oil

¼ Cup red onion, diced

1 Cup tomato, diced

¼ Cup cilantro, diced

Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, mix shrimp with lime juice and Jalapeño Balsamic.
Add cilantro, tomato, avocado, and red onion. Stir well.
Gently stir in Persian Lime Olive Oil. Season with Ghost Pepper Sea Salt and serve with corn chips.
