Ingredients
-
6 Large salmon fillets
-
½ Cup Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil
-
½ Cup Vermont Maple Balsamic
-
2 Tbsp. Mustard
-
1 Small white onion, finely diced
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Place salmon fillets in a resealable bag or container in which they have space and are not stacked.
Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the fillets. Ensure the fillets are coated in the marinade before placing the container in the fridge. Allow to marinade for a minimum of 20 minutes, or up to a few hours.
Remove the salmon from the marinade and cook on a hot BBQ for 12 minutes, to your desired texture.
If desired, cook the reserved marinade in a pan on medium heat until the mixture boils. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Mixture should thicken and act as a sauce to drizzle on the salmon.
