Ingredients

1 ½ lb. Chicken thighs

3 Tbsp. Thai Lemongrass Mint Balsamic
-
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1 Garlic clove, grated

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the Thai Lemongrass Mint Balsamic, EVOO, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Diced the chicken into 3cm cubes and toss until well coated in the marinade. Set aside to marinate for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
