Ingredients

4 Cups diced veggies of choice

¼ Cup Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
-
¼ Cup Neapolitan Herb Balsamic
-
4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
-
1 Clove garlic, minced
-
½ Tsp. Silk Road Italian Seasoning
-
1 Tsp. Paprika
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients except veggies in a large bowl and thoroughly mix together. Add diced veggies and stir to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
While the veggies are marinading, soak a dozen bamboo sticks in water so they don’t char on the barbecue.
After the 30 minutes, arrange veggies on the skewers. Grill on the barbecue until softened and browned, brushing periodically with reserved marinade, if desired. Enjoy!
