Greek Chicken Skewers with Garlic Olive Oil and Sicilian Lemon Balsamic

Ingredients

3 Chicken breasts

1 Tbsp. Garlic Infused Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
-
1 Tbsp. Mustard
-
1 Tbsp. Dried oregano
-
½ Tsp. Salt
-
½ Tsp. Pepper
Directions
Cut the chicken in to 1 inch cubes.
Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
Mix until well coated. Use right away or let marinate for 2-3 hours to develop flavours more.
Using wooden skewers soaked in water, carefully skewer the chicken.
Place onto a preheated BBQ and turn every 3-4 mins and cook on all sides until the chicken is cooked to a internal temperature of 165F.
Remove from heat and serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
