Butter Olive Oil Pancakes
This fluffy pancake recipe comes together quickly and is simple enough to make at any time. It is the perfect base for adding your favourite add-ins like fruit, chocolate or melty cheese!

Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Make a hole in the center and add milk, Butter Olive Oil, and egg. Mix until smooth.
Heat a griddle or pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil with Butter Olive Oil. Scoop or spoon the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the edges brown and bubbles form on top. Flip and cook until browned on the other side.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
