Fluffy Butter Olive Oil Mashed Potatoes

Fortunately, you can get all that without the added cholesterol by using our Butter Olive Oil! Pair it with salty Asiago cheese and a touch of chives for a side dish that will not go unnoticed around the holidays!

Ingredients

6 Medium potatoes (Yukon gold work best)

⅓ Cup Butter Olive Oil

¾ Cup warmed milk
-
½ Cup sour cream
-
2 Cloves garlic, minced

1 Tsp. Salt
-
½ Asiago cheese
-
Pepper, to taste

Chives, to garnish
Directions
Boil potatoes in salted water for 12-13 minutes, or fork tender. Mash well with a masher or ricer.
Stir in warmed milk, Butter Olive Oil, sour cream, salt, garlic, pepper, and cheese. Mix until cheese is melty.
Transfer potatoes to a serving dish and top with sliced chives, if desired.
