Bacon. Onions. Balsamic. Need we say more? This rich concoction is sweet and savoury with the perfect touch of acidity thanks to our Blackberry Ginger Balsamic. Layer it on a game burger with arugula and goat cheese, add it to a cheese or charcuterie board, or try it on a grilled cheese sandwich.

Recipe Note
This balsamic jam recipe is a fantastic way to elevate charcuterie boards or brunch spreads. It is exceptional on crepes, cream cheese bagels, or in dollops on fresh baked flatbread pizza. Feel free to swap the Blackberry Ginger Balsamic for Red Apple Balsamic, Elderberry Balsamic or Maple Balsamic.
