Our Favourite Truffle Recipes

If you are new to the truffle scene, we recommend sampling the White Truffle Oil and Black Truffle Oil one after the other to explore the differences in the two. As soon as you smell the two, their differences are evident.

Our White Truffle Oil is very creamy and pungent, and exhibits garlicky notes that perfectly complement any comfort food favourite. We're talking any creamy soups and sauces, risottos, pastas, and potatoes of any kind. Try it in our Mushroom Risotto or a Truffled Cauliflower Soup to enjoy the rich and unique flavour. Or go simple and pair the oil with fresh Parmesan in a batch of Truffle Parmesan Fries.

On the other hand, our Black Truffle Oil is much more earthy and slightly nutty, with distinct umami flavour. This oil can be used in similar creamy and rich applications, and also pairs well with meats and gravies. We love it in a Lobster Mac & Cheese recipe or Mushroom Fettuccini.

We also highly encourage trying out our Black Truffle Popcorn to taste how the Black Truffle Sea Salt complements our creamy Butter Infused Olive Oil on your favourite movie night snack. Click here to explore all our truffle-y recipes!

And one final note: less is more! You really only need a touch of truffle to achieve its savoury flavour. Too much and your dish can easily be overwhelmed by the intense notes. So start light; you can always add more!
