Cooking with Truffle Oils

Evoolution's white and black truffle oils are the epitome of gourmet olive oils. The distinctly earthy scent and flavour of truffle permeates both oils, but each does shine best in slightly different applications.

How to use White Truffle Oil

White truffle oil is more often used as a finishing oil; simply drizzle it over a dish before serving to impart a rich, garlicky truffle taste. Anything lighter in taste We're talking cream sauces, risottos, potatoes in any form... anything creamy and rich gets a boost from this flavourful oil. Try our White Truffle Olive Oil Risotto, which pairs this delectable oil with mushrooms and fresh Parmesan for a creamy and comforting dish.

How to use Black Truffle Oil

Black truffle oil is more earthy than the white truffle and tends to be used more when incorporated into recipes with stronger flavours. Think meats and red pasta sauces, pizzas, gravies, etc. We love it paired with a simple arugula, prosciutto, and mozzarella pizza!

While there is no wrong way to use these oils, these are simply suggestions to get the most out of our truffle oils. Try both of these gourmet selections to see which you like best!
