Evoolution: Bringing the World's Olive Oils to You

Canada is an incredible country whose diversity in landscape and growing conditions lend itself to an array of food crops. However, the growing season is condensed and the long winters are not compatible with many crops that thrive in warmer climates. Olives are one such crop that by and large cannot be grown in Canada, and as such, the import of olives and their precious oil is a necessity.

Connecting Canada to the World of EVOO

Evoolution receives extra virgin olive oils from all over the world, including many Mediterranean countries, Tunisia, Australia, Chile, and Peru, among others. Half of the year, we have oils from the Northern Hemisphere, received just months after their crush in the fall. The other 6 months of the year we carry oils from the Southern Hemisphere when those are just freshly crushed in the spring and early summer. This rotating system helps us maintain a steady supply of the freshest oils from around the world.

Global Flavours and Innovation at Home

Our flavoured olive oils are typically made with a base of Tunisian, Spanish, Australian, or Greek extra virgin olive oils, and all our balsamic vinegar is produced in Modena, Italy. The constant supply of products we receive from around the world ensure that we are able to provide the freshest olive oils and balsamic vinegars no matter the time of year. It also means we are able to keep up with the newest global technology in the olive oil industry and see the benefits of that investment in the stellar EVOOs we receive from top-performing groves worldwide.

So while we cannot make these products here in Canada, we are happy to be able to supply these gourmet goods to Canadians and those abroad as a Canadian owned and operated company.
