Love mixing this vinegar with garlic oil ... or the milanese oil or mushroom/sage. Just dirzzle a little over a green salad and yummy arrives!
I love the fig vinegar on my salads. I never use oil just the vinegar.
Told Klarissa that I prefer to have olive oil sample as am not so into vinegar due to sensitive stomach. After having tasted this, the world about vinegar turned upside down! Am buying more to drizzle on my chinese stewed pork leg , on fermented beets and everything! So thick and the sweetness blended so well with the vinegar sourness. So yummy!
